Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping may be available to select countries and regions.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. INZONEU Cosmetics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, INZONEU Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
